| Table tennis is a great form of exercise. No doubt some of you play it without thinking too much about the benefits the game brings. Below is a list of some of the benefits of playing table tennis that you may be unaware of.
1- Lifts Your Mood (especially if you win!)
Exercise is known to relieve stress. Regular exercise has anti-depressant properties and has the power improve your mood.
2- Protects Your Heart
Playing table tennis regularly increases the supply of oxygen to the heart; this type of exercise improves the ways the arteries and vein function and prevents the likelihood of blood clots.
